Anyone with another character

There's been some bannings of people with a mule account that are under level 10 and sending gil to people via Delivery Box or trading.

Fosgate and Brock. you might want to be sure you level your character abit. Get the first few missions done and maybe get a some armor on it.

Even with a security token, there's still a chance of auto banning.

Yep, Milinova is Rank 5 and Level 20 WHM wih armor at the moment...

I never send gil through DB, I meet with her and grab money if she has it in person.

I plan on leveling it more though... just trying to get 3 more jobs to 75 on Brock first so it might be a while.
